In-person training consist of a 1-hour sessions that focus on building new resistance training skills and a weekly workout program to follow on your own. The dedicated attention and specialized plan ensure that each session is tailored to your unique fitness goals, the equipment you have access to outside of our time together, and what exercises you enjoy to maximize your progress and results.
Single Class: $85 per session
6 Class Pack: $450 ($75 per session)
12 Class Pack: $840 ($70 per session)

Online Training
Online training consists of an initial consultation, a customized workout plan tailored to your lifestyle and fitness goals, and bi-weekly check-ins to monitor your progress and adjust your programming.
For online training, I offer a single, customized program price, a 6-week pack, and a 12-week pack to fit your schedule and commitment level.

The initial guidance ensures you have all the information needed to achieve your fitness goals independently and effectively.

Workout plans tailored to one menstrual cycle phase, plus nutritional and lifestyle tips to support hormonal balance.
3-Month Post-Menopause Program: $300
Workout plans designed for post-menopausal women, focusing on bone density, cardiovascular health, muscle strength.
3-Month Beginner Strength Training Program: $250
Foundational strength training workouts for beginners, including progressive exercises and educational content on the benefits of strength training for women.
