About Me

I’m Brooke, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a Functional Kettlebell certification (PPSC FKT), and I’m currently preparing for my Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). As a former college basketball athlete and captain, a marathon finisher, and a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu blue belt who has competed in tournaments, I’ve lived the discipline, challenge, and reward that comes with pushing the body to new levels of strength and resilience.

My journey into fitness as a profession wasn’t a straight path. After earning my BS in Business Management and MS in Finance from Clark University, I spent years in the corporate world. On the surface, I was “successful,” but I felt disconnected from what truly mattered—helping people transform their lives in meaningful ways.

That realization led me to fitness. I know what it feels like to juggle career, stress, and responsibility while still wanting to feel strong and confident in your own skin. That’s why I’m passionate about working with women in their 30s–60s, women who are busy, ambitious, and often putting everyone else first. My goal is to give you the tools, structure, and encouragement to prioritize yourself, build lasting strength, and feel capable at every stage of life.

Testimonials

“From the very beginning, Brooke impressed me with her deep knowledge of fitness and wellness. She has an incredible ability to explain complex movements in a way that's easy to understand and immediately applicable. Her attention to form, injury prevention, and long-term goals shows how much she genuinely cares about her clients' well-being - not just short-term results.

What makes Brooke stand out even more is her personality and presence. She is warm, upbeat, and incredibly approachable. She strikes the perfect balance of being professional while still making every session feel like you're training with a trusted friend. Her energy is infectious, and it has a positive ripple effect throughout the entire gym.

Even more impressively, Brooke consistently goes above and beyond her role. She checks in outside of sessions, shares helpful tips and encouragement without being prompted, and never hesitates to lend a hand or answer a question-even when she's clearly juggling a full schedule. That level of commitment is rare, and it never goes unnoticed.

Brooke has become not just a fantastic trainer for me personally, but also a key part of what makes the gym such a welcoming and motivating environment.”

“Brooke is an excellent trainer. I met her and my body transformed from inflamed and in pain to pain-free with a wider range of motion. When perimenopause hit there was a huge shift in results from my workouts, her pivot was seamless - she helped me mentally and physically adapt to the change and offered me a tremendous amount of encouragement. I have nothing but gratitude for Brooke. She is fun to be around and beautiful inside and out.”
